Marti Benz Earned Designations : GRI, ABR, CRS, e-Pro, SFR, BPOR Former education as a registered nurse, Now "retired nurse".  Earned first real estate license in Vermont in 1983, working mostly on vacation homes and rentals in the Sugarbush/Mad River Glen areas of VT. Moved to NH in 1987, earned a brokers license in New Hampshire and also in Vermont at that time. Served as the first President of the new Multiple Listing Service for the Sunapee Region Board of Realtors, president of that board, and was active at the state level of several committees, including ethics, MLS, and strategic planning. Upon moving to Florida in 2003 worked as a new home consultant for a builder in LPGA in Daytona Beach, and earning a brokers license in Florida. Since closing that model center in 2010, worked in general real estate, joining Coastal Results Realty, as a broker associate in early 2011. October 1st 2016 Coastal Results Realty merged with WatsonRealty Corp and I have been a member of Watson since then. Personal and follow up service are the most important thing in my practice of real estate. Many of my former customers and clients are now personal friends and those relationships are very important.
